Return Policy

7 Days Return Warranty
 
Q: What happen if I find the parcel damaged?
A: The products may be damaged during shipping. Please immediately send us a photo of the product. Customer has to pay for the shipping fee for returning the package.  We will send a partial refund after we receive the parcel. Please make sure the tag still is on the product.
 
Q: Why I can’t get refund?
A: Wrong size order and discount products will not be refunded. Please read the size instructions carefully.
 
Q: I found items missing in my order?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible. We will send it again once we receive your email. Out of stock items will be partially refund. 

Q: Can I return my sale items?
No return for sale items. 

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that these conditions have not been observed. Because men's underwear and swimwear is an intimate item, whether they are worn or not, we are unable to accept returns.
